So many negative reviews that I had to leave a positive one. They scared me while waiting for my product but hooray the product works exactly as I need it to. I bought a headset with a mic for my phone but it had a 2.5m jack so I got this adapter. Works very well with my Panasonic headset and my clients can hear me loud and clear. My wrist started hurting from holding the phone to my ear and it doesn't look like I'll be back in the office anytime soon. So what's it all about. I really didn't want to return that and my headset. Very happy everything works!
