. I've been using it for many years, I don't remember which store I originally found it in, but I'm glad I found it here! I drink loose tea almost exclusively these days, with the exception of Hubby's Teas lol. And sometimes they showed up. Well, there is no suggestion on the packaging to FOLD the top flap. I use a wide cup when doing this and actually hold the tea bag firmly while I pour the water AFTER YOU and then lower it to the bottom of the fold you made and the petals, rind, etc. all remain inside.
