These little shoes are great. I got them for my 2 year old first beach trip. She happily wore them all day long, from surfing to the sidewalk to the pool. After this trip, she often wears them as outdoor shoes instead of her normal tennis shoes. She can even wear them over her socks. I chose this one over the other models in the hope that the little felt protector on the tip would help keep the elastic material from tearing if she stumbled on the pavement. He solved this task superbly and protected his toes perfectly even after several falls. The color and print stay bright and beautiful even after they get dirty or have been in pool water.
