The company made a mistake in tracking my shipment and said they were delivered to someone out of state. I contacted them and they replied very quickly that they are very sorry the tracking was wrong and my package was supposed to arrive today. And it really is. The scissors are really very cute and funny. They feel very smooth when opening and closing and cut beautifully. So you're not just pretty. They make me smile when I use them.
