My experience with SiYear's customer service was less than stellar, therefore I'm not going to give them a glowing review. While the quality of their products is high and their website is simple to use, I was disappointed by the lack of attention I received as a customer.

I tried reaching out to SiYear's customer care several times, but they never responded to my inquiries about the product I was interested in buying. It was annoying not to have enough information to make a well-informed purchase. When I finally did get my order, I found that one of the items had been damaged in transit. While I am aware that shipping mishaps are often inevitable, I was dissatisfied with SiYear's handling of the problem. They were unhelpful in responding to my inquiries and provided no viable options for fixing the issue. SiYear's products may be high-quality in general, but the company's support services are lacking. As a paying customer, I count on getting answers to my questions and problems solved quickly and to my satisfaction. I had high hopes for SiYear, but it fell short for me.
