Bert's Bee Balm is a product that has worked the best for me. Although I usually rinse anyway, unlike Ocusoft, Burt's product doesn't require rinsing after use. I couldn't get Ocusoft to soak the provided pads, so I essentially wiped my eyes with a rough, dry pad. Ocusoft pads are too strong, they're much softer on the eyelids, and cheaper if you buy your own cotton pads. Even ordinary cotton pads are softer than Ocusoft.
