Bert's Bee Balm is a product that has worked the best for me. Although I usually rinse anyway, unlike Ocusoft, Burt's product doesn't require rinsing after use. I couldn't get Ocusoft to soak the provided pads, so I essentially wiped my eyes with a rough, dry pad. Ocusoft pads are too strong, they're much softer on the eyelids, and cheaper if you buy your own cotton pads. Even ordinary cotton pads are softer than Ocusoft.

No doubt it's my fault for not paying more attention, but this pack contains 100 small oval pads and a small bottle of Occusoft. You apply the product to the pad as if you were using Velveeta on a cracker. Then you have the foam, which in my case goes around my eye and also on the lid. Foam is not a good eye care product. I expected to receive a box of soaked Occusoft pads. Ready to use and does not foam. If I had read further I might have realized that I have the wrong version of the product…

I trust this eye care brand, it's the only brand I use. This mousse cleans my eyelids easily and the round disc pad set makes it easy and simple to apply all the oils directly to my lash line. Since using this product I have not had to use Restasis prescription eye drops. My eye doctor tells me to just keep doing what I'm doing and I can keep going without it!

I doubt it would bother my eyes. I did my best. My eyes are fine. At first I used too much. Small things have a big impact. Easy to open bottle pump. Comes with small round pads. Use a pad with a drop of foam. Wipe your eyelids. No pain. Will be earth again one day.

Product works well and lasts a long time. However, when I received it, the box was open and the occusoft dispenser and cotton swabs were in the shipping bag. It doesn't appear to be anything, but I would recommend better packaging.

When the package arrived I was surprised to find the cotton pads were only in a 'pouch'. It was closed and not sealed. It felt like someone grabbed a handful of cotton pads and put them in a pocket. I would expect factory sealed packaging as it will be used for the eyes. I went and bought my own. Otherwise the product works great.
