Tennessee just passed a "freehand" driving law. My husband is constantly on the phone while driving and I was afraid he wouldn't be able to stop. Got one of these to try and was so pleased I went back for 2 more! I don't want to be without him in the future. There is no learning curve. Charge it at least 3 hours before first use (we did it overnight). The speaker easily found mine and my husband's Bluetooth phones and connected quickly. My husband has a clamshell phone that has never had Bluetooth turned on. we weren't even sure if he had such an opportunity. It connected to his flip phone in seconds with absolutely no issues. Neither my husband nor I heard any street noise when we called and honestly I can hear my husband better when he's in the car than when he's on the phone himself. TN Law says you can press one button to answer a call and press one button to hang up. This is all this speaker needs so that we can keep using our phones in the car. On my iPhone, I just tell Siri to make the call, so I usually don't have to press any buttons — my hands are free.
