As soon as I opened the package, I noticed the inferior packaging in which the machine was sent. While the item was purchased through the Revain Warehouse and I was expecting either repackaging, damaged packaging, or cosmetic imperfections, I expected it to be packaged more securely to reduce potential functional issues. I think it's very likely that the two items that came with it that had actual damage were due to poor packaging. However, there was an additional small blemish which did not affect the functionality of the product and was otherwise in great condition. . I just plugged it in, tested it at different speeds and set it up for use in the kitchen. I'll keep the packaging in case it doesn't work as described, but I'm optimistic and happy with my purchase decision so far. If I encounter any problems I will update this review. I will then post a short video showing the look of the mixer with the silver variant and different speeds. And also soon attach photos of packaging, defects and cosmetic issues.
