My doctor wanted me to get a Strasberg sock to wear at night to help with my planter fasciitis. I am drawn to this one because I don't wear socks when I sleep. The key for me was to bend the metal band in the front chin area. I needed a pair of socks to figure it out. The Velcro is not fully closed when sleeping, so the opposite foot may be scratched. Other than that, I'm happy with how it has helped keep my foot in 90 every night that I wore it.
