Does what it's supposed to, holds my Rexing V1 DVR securely. In the past, the supplied adhesive pad used to attach to the windshield fell off after exposure to the sun. Adding hot glue didn't work as the hot windshield temperature softened the glue. The only problem with the assembly was that the ball clamp screw was too short. I couldn't tighten the knob without breaking a few threads on the end of the screw. I'm glad the long screw was available. With this solution, the tightening problem was solved.
