The ease of use, being able view your emails from anywhere with an internet connection was great! I did not like that you could only have 1 account per email provider (outlook/gmail) but this can be adjusted depending how many accounts are necessary for each client or organization we work in. Being able see my inbox at any time via desktop computer as well mobile devices has been very beneficial when working remotely versus having access through our office computers which would require waiting until coming into work if needed during business hours etc.. We've realized more than anything it's made us realize there may actually need to be 2 people within one department because someone else cannot get their job done without me stepping up every couple minutes asking them what they're needing help doing.
