Review on πŸ’Š Buster Pet Pill/Tablet Syringe with Classic Tip by Kruuse by Tina Wells

Made my cool former feral cat a breeze!

My kitten is a former feral with IBD. And that means giving him very bad tasting Cerenia pills from time to time. It used to be that if I wasn't fast enough, I'd foam at the mouth from the taste and hide for an hour. splinters). First I filled the syringe with water so there was a "hunter" to make sure he swallowed. Dried outside to avoid foaming. Added tray to tip. All I had to do was hold the head for a few seconds and open it wide, insert it, release it with a water blower, and it was done and swallowed. It was so easy I had to double check to make sure I'd actually taken the pill or if he hadn't spit it out (the usual struggle with Serenia's nasty tests). Everything happened so quickly that he immediately regained his good-natured composure. The syringe is made of one piece of plastic (with a plunger). This is important as other pill syringes have a rubber tip that can become loose in your pet's mouth (and potentially choke!). So it's a great safe design. The pill slot is made of hard plastic, not rubber. Some may be concerned that the stiffness might limit pill size without gripping small pills, but the split edge is small enough to accommodate a 1/4 cut of a small Cerenia pill. Highly recommended. If you have furry companions, keep them indoors even if you don't have an immediate need for them. The day you need to give your companion a pill, you will appreciate it.
