These headphones work well when I realized I had to turn on Bluetooth on my phone to use them. I didn't read all the information about the headphones, so I didn't understand that you have to turn on Bluetooth for the headphones to work. But who expects to turn on Bluetooth on the phone when headphones are plugged into it? My original headphones that came with my iPhone work fine and you don't have to turn on bluetooth for them to work. The look and feel of these earbuds is exactly the same as my iPhone earbuds, so that was the only thing I was sure about. Just smh more why you need to turn on bluetooth to use headphones which need to be connected to your phone. I can find out if they were wireless just by saying.
