I bought these for my master bath a few weeks ago. I have glass doors and I followed the instructions (not only written but also video instructions - they are slightly different). Including 2 hooks. I wiped them with alcohol, wiped the glass, dried it and installed as they said. One didn't fall off the whole time, the other doesn't hold up. I've installed it at least 10 times and it hasn't crashed for more than 24 hours. So I issued a refund and asked for another package. The second package I received was definitely used. You could say they were returned and then resent to another customer. Neither of the next two lasted more than a few hours no matter what I did. I'm very disappointed because 1 out of 4 of these don't help me. I needed two of these to work - we had just renovated our shower and the towel rails we had were taken out. Anyway, I'm very disappointed. I wanted so badly to give this 5 stars.
