Works intermittently on Samsung S20 ultra

The cable I received says it works on the new Samsung S20 Ultra but maybe I have a bad cable and had to return it. The connection comes and goes much like the cable is defective. I sent the cable back and Amazon processed the return promptly. I bought the product on May 12th and the return was issued on June 2nd. Today is June 14th and still no money. It's not acceptable.
