Take a few hours to assemble
I am a former furniture assembler so I have experience assembling things. This article has a million details and I personally spent over 2 hours on it. The directions were pretty clear. It would have been a lot easier if Bush had shipped them with drawer slides already installed on their respective panels. Even if it means the item costs a few euros more, I think it's worth it and there will be fewer complaints/returns. As others have said there are several configurations for installing drawer slides and if you misalign them or don't follow the instructions very carefully the drawers will not close fully or work at all. Overall and once assembled (correctly) this is a good value piece.
