I weigh 175 lbs 5ft 10all my life I have slept on my stomach, one arm was always tucked under the pillow, sometimes I tossed and slept on my back - but it wasn't planned. Until recently, I only slept on down pillows, which were comfortable and fluffy, but I would wake up in the morning with severe pain in my neck or back. I shoved everything onto my mattress which I recently bought from one of those companies that make new mattresses in boxes. My friend told me to try and get a thin memory foam pillow and give it a try. After a week of looking for pillows, I narrowed the list down to a few products, two of which were made by DC Labs. I've had this pillow for a week now, it was a little weird at first because it was so flat and I couldn't get used to it, but every morning I woke up with less back pain and my sleep felt deeper. I wake up more rested and the hand under the pillow lifts the pillow so high that it arches my back or neck in a way that causes physical pain the next day. Basically I am satisfied with the product. Benefits: Low profile AFMemory Foam Reduces stress on your neck/lower back when sleeping on your stomach/back. The size is perfect. Cons: I bought two so it wasn't cheap.
