Correct. They are comfortable, well padded and have decent arch support. But the upper is a cheap cotton or synthetic fabric instead of leather. The lack of stiffness causes the fabric to crumple a little under the tongue when I tie the laces fairly tightly. For $80-$90 and no promotional discounts on this line of shoes, I was expecting better materials.
