They are compatible with Spectra S2. They work great like the original with a few differences. These flanges are 2 pieces instead of 1, so they have to be fitted when pumping and dismantled when flushing. The opening of the pads is soft and they are oval shaped which suits my breast shape better. In addition, backflow preventers are somewhat difficult to connect to flanges. All in all these are great parts to replace broken ones or use as backups.
