The rubber on this thing has a strong oily smell which is harmful. I've washed and soaked it several times and it doesn't fade. Makes drinking from it a very unpleasant experience. As a result, I drink less. Water is brought to room temperature in less than an hour. Very difficult to wash - the hole is too small trying to hold your brush. The sticker on the front leaves a sticky residue right where you pick it up. The only thing he does right is he can hold water. Too much money for what it is. You can get a stainless steel bottle for half the price that will hold more and keep the water cold for much, much longer. And I personally find that stainless water tastes better.
