One of the best items I have ever bought. Not only is it ergonomic, it's also comfortable and a great value for the money. Prior to purchasing this item, I was experiencing severe pain and tendinitis in both wrists, as well as muscle aches up my arms from long days of computer use with a mouse and keyboard. It's nice to know that after working at the computer I no longer have pain in my wrists and when raising my hands and can do my job more effectively again. I would highly recommend this item for its comfort or convenience and for the value it's worth, it really does work very well for what I do. The variety of colors is great.
