This dress is so cute! I checked the hem and stitching after reading other reviews. Everything looks good. The quality is not the best but the price is not bad. I bought this dress for my daughter's birthday who will be 4 years old on September 1st. She is 3 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 37 pounds. Their normal size is 4-5 years. I bought 6-7 (130). fewer. It fits below the knee. The bodice is a little big but when the back ties it fits well. She will probably be able to wear it again next summer.
