I like that they are very knowledgeable with their firm's offerings, which is something you can't always say about other firms when considering them for your situation! They also have great customer service - it makes me feel better knowing there will be someone available if we need assistance during our engagement or after completion of work at any time day/night etc.. There isn’t anything negative so far but my clients did mention some minor things regarding communication between myself (their attorney) & staff members working within client accounts department / billing team was not clear nor well organized enough from what i understood.- As mentioned above though this may just relate more towards internal communications rather than external ones however its still important since those who come into contact wth us would expect clarity through both email correspondence AND phone calls before engaging further!!
