Good shoes and boots last a long time with proper care. Part of that care is skin treatment and this is a great product for a quick skin treatment. It is clear and at the end there is a small stick with a cotton swab (looks like a lollipop). It's a liquid, not a paste, so just apply and let it absorb. No buffing required and I didn't even have to remove my laces to use them. I used about 1/8 bottle on my boots, it soaked up a lot. I expect new boots or repeated uses to consume less. The directions suggest leaving it overnight and then wiping off the excess. A minute after applying a sufficient amount of product, everything was absorbed into the skin. This product is very easy to use. Of course my boots look a lot better after applying it, it didn't take 5 minutes. This product is not intended for polishing shoes, but for leather care and protection against water. Good product, I suspect this bottle will last about a year if I treat my boots once a month. It is definitely worth investing in protecting and extending the life of good leather boots.
