Review on Kemimoto X3 Lower Door Panel Inserts with Metal Frame OEM Style - Compatible with Can Am Maverick X3 (2 Doors) 2017-2022, Part Number 715002903 by Jason Martinez

Like most people I was looking for a cheaper alternative to the original Can-Am door inserts for the bottom of the door for the Maverick X3 (2-door). They caught my attention because of the low price and rave reviews, so I ordered a set. Delivery was quick and I started installing as soon as it arrived. I started with an insert in the passenger door, which fitted perfectly. Each edge is aligned with the existing body panel. Next I installed the driver's side. Something was wrong this time. At the bottom front of the door insert was a gap you could almost put your hand through. The attached picture shows this and yes the door is indeed closed and that is the gap I am left with! Clearly unacceptable, especially how perfectly the passenger door fits. So I contacted customer service the same day with pictures. They were VERY attentive to this issue and every morning I got a response from a support rep. First they asked to completely remove and reinstall the insert. I did, and absolutely nothing I did could change that gap. The insert can be moved forward or backward thanks to slots cut where the included screws are, but there's no adjustment to press it firmly against the case. I informed customer service about this and received an email the next morning asking for a short installation video. I filmed the door assembly and clearances in detail and sent you the video. The next morning I received an email thanking them for the video and they explained that they could not understand the problem and forwarded my information to them to submit new embeds instead of returning existing ones. It was Thursday and the following Monday I had 2 new assignments at home (driver and passenger). Excellent delivery speed! Only installed the driver's insert as the existing passenger insert was fine. and the new insole for drivers fits perfectly! I was simultaneously excited, excited and excited to be a KemiMoto customer. I would have no hesitation in ordering anything else from KemiMoto knowing their products are great (manufacturing errors do happen) and their customer service is top notch.
