Not as good as metal blades
All these ceramic knives are not as described. This particular knife is difficult to see when cutting and doesn't come close to cutting with a metal blade such as an exact knife blade. While it is true that metal blades are oily and need cleaning, this has never been a problem in over 40 years of metal bladed knives. These ceramic blades require more cleaning as they are used rather than metal blades. In addition, a metal blade costs significantly less than a ceramic blade.
