2017 Street Glide Body and Frame Hardware

Installed on my 2017 Street Glide and I have a few comments. seen some bikes with taller windshields (don't know, thought the height was ridiculous). They're great for long rides but not the style I wanted for everyday riding. To my pleasant surprise, the windshield looks great (I'll post a daylight photo soon). The vertical stroke is NOT 9 inches, but 7 inches. The total "height" of the entire windshield is 9" (if that makes sense) but it flexes or curves back resulting in an actual vertical lift of only 7" - because it's plastic and somewhat flexible , it didn't cause me any problems. 3: The width is not the same as the standard windshield. It is approximately 1/8-1/4 inch narrower on each side, leaving a slight gap for rain to enter the fairing. I personally don't see this as a big problem, just FYI. 4: Due to the curvature of the windscreen, it does not provide the same clarity as the standard screen when viewed through. So if you are smaller this can cause some problems. Not for me personally - everything suggests I would buy it again knowing what I'm doing. I will update with photos soon.
