If you don't like this situation - write to Sony representatives in Europe. This is what they say in the information center for Sony customers (JSC Sony Electronics). I mistakenly withdrew money twice on PSN. Okay, I'm asking for help. After the image of the activity, they simply add e-mail to the black list, and on the phone they are rude and dumped. Constant promises and no real action. For almost six years of using the console, there were a lot of problems. None of which has been resolved. Constant ignoring, failure to fulfill promises, rudeness. People just put the bolt on their job, no one cares about the user.
