I'm not sure about the noise canceling feature and honestly can't tell you how long the battery lasts as I don't use it all day. So far I really like the product because I have permanent hearing damage and I don't need to put anything in my ear, it's fantastic! I can hear my calls and they say they can hear me. What more can I ask for? My biggest suggestion is to make sure you follow the instructions, which clearly state not to charge for more than (I think) 4 hours, so pay attention or you could damage this device, which I've also heard from reviews.
