I can’t think about any part which is not good in this app! It has everything you need for customer support, ticketing management or helpdesking system with all features included into one package (and it's very cheap!). The only thing what i dislike sometimes - as well if there was an option like "Save As..." when editing tickets- would be maybe some UI changes but they are quite easy fixes compared other similar products outthere so no big deal here :) If your looking at multiple options then go ahead because honestly nothing bad comes up from using sweethawk over others we had tried before :). Support service provided by their team always helpful even during weekends/holidays etc., great integration between emails & chat rooms too!, quick response time after sending them our requests via email /support form/, super fast delivery times.
