This aquarium light is the best LED light for the money! The spot lighting design creates an iridescent glow as the surface water ripples. Full spectrum colors (red, blue, green, UV and white LEDs) enrich the aquarium dweller's environment. I personally like the color blue, which gives the aquarium a fresh, deep-sea look. The gooseneck is strong and should be pre-adjusted to an approximate position before fully attaching to the glass. Comes complete with everything you need including zip ties for mounting wiring. The brightness control panel is well thought out - with touch, not clicking buttons for control. The blue and white light can be adjusted separately for a whiter or bluer result which is GREAT and a nice feature to add your own style! This is a saltwater light but I use it in my 10 gallon NANO freshwater tank. . I prefer the shades of blue PLUS, the LEDs are clustered close together creating a soft shimmering effect as the light comes from a 'single source' (like the sun) rather than a bar arrangement which spreads the light evenly across the light ( shadow reduction). Each design has its pros and cons, do your research. Thumbs up for this light, can't be beat for the money! 😎👍🏼
