This is a strong strap that comes unassembled. You need to attach the strap to the loops that attach to the camera along with the clips that attach it to the strap. The instructions are a bit clear, but not all parts are always included. We ordered two, one came with all the parts, this one didn't. The seller states that if you are missing any parts they will email them and they will ship them to you free of charge. However, this basically indicates that the product is faulty and the seller is attempting to fix it (which is to be welcomed). If you're looking for a harness that will work for you without having to ask for missing parts, this harness isn't for you.
