I purchased one of these and loved - recommended it to several friends who also bought it and loved it - the thing I liked most about it was it stayed in place and did not sink down my knee.I then purchased another one of these and one of the new sleeves with the knee cap cushion and side braces and to my disappointment they both did not stay up the way the first one did,I also found the new brace was so bulky I could not wear it with long pants - it only works when wearing shorts.I love the product at first - but now I am not sure if I will continue to buy more because they no longer stay up
