I like this product because it was designed by people who are in my industry - so they know what our business is about! The price point makes sense if you're considering purchasing software over several years (vs subscription). As others have mentioned there could be better documentation as well; however, when i had questions after buying GLS from their website support team were very helpful at answering them quickly through email or phone call.
