Buying shirts online is a tricky business for me since I'm 150lbs, 5'2", and wear 30-I cups. I decided to give this shirt a try and ordered the Medium. This shirt fits like a glove. It's a little longer than I expected, but not long enough for me to make this a short dress. It's a prefect fit for a large chest and skinny body. Follow the measurements given for the product description and it should be fine.
