There is nothing to dislike about this product, it works flawlessly in our environment with nearly 10K endpoints across various platforms (Windows 7/8 as well).

No issues or complaints at all really from my side! Would recommend giving it try if you are looking out there for an easy way of managing your network endpoint inventory. The main challenge I faced was keeping track of new device additions into production environments alongwith their respective patching status etc which now can be done by just pulling up one unified console instead multiple instances that we had earlier used. This saved us time also since previously each department would have its own instance running where they were doing manual workarounds like updating software through command line interface when needed.
