Review on 🍚 The Face Shop Rice Ceramide Moisturizing Facial Toner: Hydrate, Nourish, and Refresh Skin by Alanna Scott

I LOVE this toner. I don't know where to start. I have acne prone skin and for the last 5 years I have really struggled to find a product that will keep me hydrated without making me greasy or causing breakouts. It was the winner. It makes my skin so moisturized I never thought I could achieve that because of my acne. For the first time I was able to use harsher products to get rid of acne and then restore a healthy glow to my skin. I also hooked up my sister. I will definitely be backing up this product.
