If you're looking for an accurate measure, keep looking. If you're looking for a scoop that's easy to hold, looks good, doesn't kink, is easy to clean, and is FDA approved for food safety, these scoops are adorable little gems. I went back and bought 4 more sets to fill all of my jars (flour, sugar, coffee, raisins, nuts, loose tea, etc.) that need scoops. Elegant enough to be used as a serving platter for appetizers. I like the matte finish because it doesn't show fingerprints. I also like the rounded edges because the spoon doesn't cut into your hand like a square spoon. Beautifully and elegantly furnished.
