I like the ability to assign tasks from anywhere with the app, as well as having it available wherever my team needs me. And the UI can be a bit sluggish at times, but overall its been pretty great. There doesnt seem to be any major faults or bugs other than some issues that happen very rarely. Maybe look into the free version of the software first before you invest hundreds if not thousands if dollars into the paid version. I like that it's very user friendly. It's easy for users to get used to. The reporting functionality is great. I've had some issues with the service but they have been addressed promptly.
