Not an easy install, but if you're an experienced homeowner you can get it done in a few hours. The instructions are good and clear. The marriage department kept telling me they didn't know if it would work. The bottom line is that it happened. Went from marginal cell service in one area of the house to five bars in most parts of the house. If you live in a rural, low-service area, this device will take your service by leaps and bounds. If you don't have service? I can not say.
