The ability to create custom profiles, use different communication channels (Skype, Slack) is great for our team's remote working environment. I do not like that it has been difficult to get updates from support in regards of new features or changes. We are using oVice as an internal tool with no external clients but we have had some issues getting answers from their customer service department about those problems which makes me lose trust in them. It was very easy to set up once you know how to solve any problem they might encounter during setup process. We've solved all the problems related to security by adding VPN connection between workstations when needed and now everything works fine. I like that it is simple to use, easy to understand and has many different features. It allows you to have a lot of control over how you want your business to run. The interface could be more intuitive, but it's not too bad. It's great for remote workers who need to communicate with other employees in their organization. It lets me know when my coworkers are online or offline so I can plan accordingly. We've been able to solve some communication problems by using this software.
