Doesn't do the job right

I was disappointed with this luggage strap .When I tried it the crossbody extender didn`t adjust well to my shoulders causing an awkward fit. The material felt flimsy for the weight of my bag and the strap itself kept sliding off during my travels. The only positive thing about this was the color. I wouldn't recommend this product for heavy luggage or long trips..
