I went to the iPort store and purchased an Apple Watch SE 40 mm in gold with a Pink Sand strap. When I got it home, I didn't even bother to open the box because I didn't believe there were any questions that could be asked about Apple products. After using the strap for a few days, I started to become aware that it was hanging in an odd way; however, I did not place any significance on this fact at the time. After using it for five days, I finally figured out that the strap does not fit into any of the grooves properly. I wasted no time in taking it to the service location that was covered by the warranty. Upon the completion of the diagnostics, they assured me that they would replace the entire kit with new components, such as a cable box and the like. But, after the initial three weeks, I just received new straps in my package. Throughout the course of their inspection, they discovered that one of the bags had an issue that needed to be rectified. After that, I hung on for a couple of weeks more. As a direct consequence of this, on the forty-fifth day of the warranty repair, they dispatched another set of replacement straps, which likewise turned out to be flawed. The service center asserted that the problem was not with the watch itself but rather with the straps, saying that the watch itself was fine. I submitted a request for a refund, and now I am waiting to get it after it was granted. In a nutshell, you should NEVER make a purchase without first checking! Marriage is obviously not an isolated institution!
