I actually tried to think of a good way to do it! Spend a lot of time on the computer, both at home and at work, and you'll get wrist, forearm, elbow, and shoulder problems from the mouse. First let me say that this armrest/mouse pad does what it was designed to do and seems to help with my issues. However, there are problems. My chair has curved armrests so I'm having a little trouble with that. The end of the mouse pad wants to bend down for lack of support, and the whole block wants to slide forward because the arm is so tilted. I'm also concerned that the device is thin enough that it will eventually rip in half - either if I forget and push it away from the chair's armrest, or if it gets under the tabletop when I stand up (the chair has an air cushion, that gives way when you sit down and lets go when you stand up.) Still the right idea!
