The product seemed great at first but after a few days the screen went blank and no combination of button presses brought it back or locked the screen. It acted preposterously, turning itself off and after a series of button presses and holdings it went to the lock screen. When I tried to unlock with my drawing it turned black. I would use continuously for a day or two and then it would all start all over again. Samsung support doesn't have a long-term solution and suggests you go through a 14-step process ending with a factory reset. I wish there was a firmware or other fix because if it works it's a great device! I went through two of them with exactly the same results. I read 10 similar reviews of this model, the Galaxy Tab Tablet 10.1, on the Costo website. Not much on Revain, which is odd. AMAZON Customer Relations: You must review the restocking fee for defective products. I spent hours of my time getting these two tablets to work, repackaging them and shipping them back to you. It's very, very unfair to blame me. I tried to get it working. Extremely confused and annoyed with you, may I add for the first time. I still don't have a tablet to use on top of that!
