I just received it was fully charged but there was no instruction how to put the strap on the device it only has a picture, but you should Know you don't put screws on the collar put a plastic cover on the 1st screws yourself, also it tells you what to do in the brochure so I tried it on the 1st day on the 1st, it didn't work, i kept pressing the button, then i got closer to my dog, then it started working weird, so i left, pressed again, now it works, but let's see how long it goes.
