This product is terrible from start to finish. The packaging says one size, but I feel my teeth are too big for this product. It was like a balancing act, not just chewing through the shape. The instructions say if the product doesn't fit, just reheat and try again. After three attempts I came up with something halfway suitable. I then let it cure for 60 minutes per the directions. I get the mold out and it won't budge! After a few minutes of poking around and pulling out the tray it just sits torn in half and when I tried to use the mouthguard I obviously deformed it trying to get it out as it no longer fitted. Terrible product.
