Sturdy (no cable clamps, more on that below). The weighted base works well with my Shure MV7 microphone. I had to use the screw adapter that came with the InnoGear with the Shure MV7, so that was good. with his help. Cable management U-clamps are fragile, so be careful. A clip broke when I first tried using them with a mic cable. And I was careful. It just broke like a branch. So not impressed with the build quality of the clips. Also, they dropped the price by almost 20% within a week of ordering, which is annoying. Bad timing on my part I guess. So for your information, the price of a stand fluctuates. I agree to this purchase. I've only been using it for a week, let's see how it performs after 2-3 months of use.
