I HATE sweat and hate smells even more, this product survived the summer in Louisiana. It reduced my sweating and kept my feminine parts fresh. You don't need much. After I showered and dried off I used a coin-sized amount at best and rubbed into the creases that sweat the most without disturbing my feminine parts and rubbed a small amount between and under my breasts and stayed very fresh throughout the day .
